The livre project is developed and selected by the “art in the field” program, under the 2004 euro theme, promoted by the institute of arts.This project suggests the occupation of areas in the city during the realization of the euro 2004, based on the following:
• the continuous utilization of citizens in the day and at night, this way it would be possible to differentiate the purpose of each area for the game and occupation;
• the livre field is a surface constructed with synthetic materials;
the idea was to transfer football games from stadiums and television broadcast in excusive areas to an inclusive one, to also prevent inappropriate crowd in the city
